Brilliant Lanyard

I still haven't received my brilliant lanyard, any reasons why?

Bradan has replied to you and everyone who emails him. It sometimes requires that you wait longer than half an hour before complaining.

On 6th February I mailed him. But there is no reply from him. I don't think they will response.
