Lanyards

I haven't received the lanyard which I ordered on 4th January. When I mailed to [email protected] there is no reply.

Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.

I claimed it on 16th dec. But haven't received it yet. And also there is no reply from [email protected]

Bradan has replied to both of you in previous weeks. We do not know why you have not received or read those replies. Your lanyards were shipped and are out of our hands. For future reference, please do not use this community forum to discuss, or complain about your own individual support issues. This is a place to exchange ideas and connect with others on the site, not make queries to the staff of Brilliant about your individual cases. Especially when we have already adressed them by email. Please see the bottom point under "rules" in the Rules and Guidelines page
