Lanyards [closed]

So, I know how there was a blog post about lanyards going out...for orders placed last year. If I claimed a lanyard yesterday, does that I mean I will have to wait for weeks like those last year?

Comments

In general, all lanyards claimed before the new year should arrive by the end of January. However, estimating international shipping times is not easy (it varies from country to country). we intend to process our lanyard shipments every two weeks. In general, expect to receive your lanyard two to three weeks after you have redeemed it.

It should take 3-5 business days.

For all future inquiries about specific lanyard shipments, feel free to contact bradan@brilliant.org. If it has been three weeks since you redeemed a lanyard and it hasn't arrived, email Bradan and he will look into it.

Since you claimed yours in December, it should have arrived by now. Bradan will be in touch with you, to see if we can track why it hasn't arrived yet.

I claimed one on January 4th. I too haven't received the lanyard yet.

Same, I think I ordered mine about a week ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Hopefully it'll come soon :)
