Problem with point exchange

I joined brilliant recently and liked to solve the problems somehow I gathered 600 points and exchanged them for a lanyard somewhere in January. Then you changed the rules and regulations and I was not awarded. Isn't it unfair on your part???

no, anyone that was able to exchange before the reforms will be awarded. be patient, I live in the U.S. and it took nearly a month. Think about how much more longer it will take to get to India!

Bradan has contacted you via email. Please check your email for the status of your shipment. Our changing the offerings on the points exchange had zero effect on those who had claimed lanyards before the change.
