Let 0 0 = x \frac{0}{0} = x , it will be 0 x = 0 0x = 0 . In this latter form, any real or complex number would satisfy the equation (provided that we determined the multiplication with zero as such), thus, 0 0 \frac{0}{0} is not determined.
