Non negative integers mean, n n could be 0 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , . . . . . . 0,1,2,3,4,5,......

But for all n > 0 n>0 we find 0 n = 0 0^n=0

Only n = 0 n=0 , 0 n = 0 0 = u n d e f i n e d 0^n=0^0=\color{#D61F06}{undefined}

So the ans should be F a l s e \boxed{False}
