For every 1 2 \dfrac {1}{2} kg of Turkey, 12 minutes of roasting is required.

For 2 1 2 2 \dfrac {1}{2} kg, 5 × 12 = 60 5 \times 12=60 minutes of roasting is required.

15 minutes are required to heat the oven.

Totally, 1 hour 15 minutes are required. So, To finish at 8:00 p.m, she must start at 6:45 p.m.

Wrong. A turkey must rest at least 30 minutes after cooking before it is ready. The answer is 6:15pm.

15 minutes for heating the oven, 1 hour roasting . So to finish at 8.00 p.m, start at 6.45 pm.
