A water drain is supposed to be made with a pipe with diameter of 10 cm. But only small pipes are available, those small pipes has a diameter of 3 cm. So that the capacity of the water drain isn't smaller than what is wanted, at least how many 3 cm pipes are needed to be used as the substitute of one 10cm pipe?
