Infact, the lines 6 and 7 forming the extra 1 can be put in any place from 10^6-th place to units place. The above two are just the largest and smallest of the possible 6-digit numbers.

@Rishabh Sood This would have been a great problem if you wouldn't have had it a MCQ.

You could've asked for the sum of the numbers of the ticks to be moved.
