8 × 8 8\times8 - 2.0

There is an 8 × 8 8\times8 square. Seven fields - chosen by us - are blue, the others are white. You can colour a white square to blue, if it shares an edge with minimum 2 blue squares (diagonals don't count). Is it possible that at some point the whole square will be blue?

No, it's not possible. Yes, it's possible.

The perimeter of the blue shape is non-increasing, as can be checked easily, so its impossible considering the initial perimeter.
