0! means zero factorial and is equal to 1.

n! = 1 * 2 * 3 *... * n

n! = (n-1)! * n

let n = 1

1! = (1-1)! * 1 1! = 0! * 1 1 = 0!

it means the factorial, which is to multiply every number before it (except 0) and itself together... eg. 5! = 1x2x3x4x5

1 Since keeping n=1 in n!=(n-1)!*n! we get 1
