If f ( x 2 3 ) = 5 x + 4 f(\frac {x-2}{3}) = 5x + 4 , what is f ( 5 ) + 11 f(5) + 11 ?

let y = (x-2)/3 , x = 3y+2 f(y) = 5x+4 = 15y+14 f(5) = 89

Substitute x = 17 to evaluate f(5),

f(5) = 89, 89 + 11 = 100
