A balancing act
Two men of mass 20kg and 100kg having same height are on either end of rod balancing it. The rod is of length 4m and mass 30kg. If the heavier man leaves the arrangement then the force exerted by the lighter man on the rod (Assume strength of a man depends on his mass.)
