  • a = b a=\sqrt{b}
  • a 2 = b a ^ 2=b
  • a = 3 a=3
  • a 2 = 3 2 = b = 9 a^2=3^2=\boxed{b=9}

thank you. This formula helped me to improve my skills and logical thinking

a is diagonal. so it can be calculated like this: a+b+c=5 but its still a thats a positive number. But if we had x then we could add it to a to get x=a. But we have been using this method. So we could do this: a±b±c=-45 a few numbers include this. like 9 12 & 7.

If a = 3 a=3 and a = b a=\sqrt{b} then

3 = b 3=\sqrt{b}

3 2 = ( b ) 2 3^{2}=\left (\sqrt{b} \right )^{2}

9 = b \boxed{9}=b

Easiest way. Thnks

I used a haiku to explain how I got the answer.

Find square root for 3.

Square rooted 9 for answer.

The answer is 9.

Unfortunately, that doesn't follow the 5-7-5 rule .

Julius Pinto - 3 years, 3 months ago

a = b a = \sqrt{b}

3 = b \Rightarrow 3 = \sqrt{b}

3 2 = ( b ) 2 \Rightarrow 3^2 = (\sqrt{b})^2

b = 9 \Rightarrow b = \color{#D61F06}\boxed{9}

easy way to go for

They are looking for the square root of b. Since a = 3 and a= the square root of b, we have to think: What number do we get when we multiply 3 x 3? The answer is 9.

square both sides gives b=9

Bostang Palaguna

by substituting a = 3 a = 3 , we will get b = 3 \sqrt{b} = 3 . Square both side, we get b = 9 b = 9

I just learn LaTeX :-D
