I am fixed to a seat and can see cones as 2-d figures. All different cones are there with a different angle of repose as well as the base angles also differ in different cones. For e.g:- 150,15,15 and 150,20,10 are different cones. If I randomly choose one cone from the box, what is the probability it is a right angle cone for the radius is 21cm of each cone and height varies, but only one right angle cone is there.

The idea is to think that rotation is allowed and the figure forms a hemisphere, and volume of the hemisphere is 2/3 pi r^3=2/3 22/7 9261=19404. So, the answer is 1/19404. I am an eighth grader, so its okay if you correct me somewhere if you feel so.
