We know,

u = 2 i ^ + 7 j ^ \overrightarrow{u} = 2\widehat{i}+ 7\widehat{j}

And,

w = 7 i ^ + 2 j ^ \overrightarrow{w} = -7\widehat{i}+ 2\widehat{j}

Clearly their magnitudes are equal ( 53 \sqrt{53} ) but their direction is different.
