Using AM,GM inequality, minimum value of 9 cot θ + tan θ 9\cot { \theta } +\tan { \theta } is 6.

6+6=12

A M G M AM\ge GM So, ( 9 cot θ + tan θ ) 2 ( 9 cot θ tan θ ) \frac { (9\cot { \theta } +\tan { \theta } ) }{ 2 } \ge \sqrt { (9\cot { \theta } \tan { \theta } ) }
