There are 4 4 Aces, 4 4 Queens, 13 13 Spades and 13 13 Diamonds in a deck of 52 52 cards. However, there are spade and diamond queen and spade and diamond ace, so we have to subtract 4 4 cards that we have counted twice. Therefore, the asked probability is

13 + 13 + 4 + 4 4 52 = 30 52 0.577 \frac { 13+13+4+4-4 }{ 52 } =\frac { 30 }{ 52 } \approx 0.577 .
