A CEO knocked out! .#3

A CEO of a smoothie café opened her café today. She is also giving tokens and is running a stand in the display area which is in front of the window. There is a road which is a slope which is in front of the café. Then a car starts to go fast and crashes into the café! Straight into the CEO ( which wounded her)! But there was no-one in the car! How?

The driver went fast and then jumped out The person put a huge ice block on the clutch pedal, making it go very fast

If the driver jumped out, the driver would probably die and as the clutch pedal wasn't pressed down, the speed of the car would slow down.
