Two concentric circles have a center O O have radii 2016 and 2017 respectively. A B C ABC is an equilateral triangle inscribed inside the smaller circle. Let P P be a point on the circumference of the larger circle. Given that a triangle with side lengths P A , P B PA,PB and P C PC has an area of a b c \dfrac{a\sqrt b}c , where a , b a,b and c c are positive integers with a , c a,c coprime and b b square-free. Find a + b + c a+b+c .
