A common balance inside a moving lift has fruits on one side of weight 3 kg.wt its equipoise with a mass of 3 kg.wt on the other side , then the lift is

moving with uniform velocity at rest all the pervious moving with acceleration

"pervious" is obviously a typo, should read "previous" and come last.

The weight on the common balances are dependent on the masses on them and the point of applications of the tension and drag force of the acceleration do not come in contact with the common balance
