Suppose two humans, A and B, are able to survive in outer space (vacuum). Imagine A slaps himself. Is there any sound?

No, because sound waves never propagate in a vacuum. Yes, but B would be the only one able to hear it Yes, and both A and B would be able to hear it. Yes, but A would be the only one able to hear it.

As sound waves cannot travel through vaccum, B will not hear the slap, but they can travel through A's body and eventually reach his ears.
