Just sum all of the numbers each row or each column. The answer is 15.
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 = 4 5 , and you put these numbers into 3 rows (or 3 columns), so the sum of each row (or column) is 4 5 ÷ 3 = 1 5
4 + 9 + 2 = 3 + 5 + 7 = 8 + 1 + 6 = 1 5
