A cool easy problem 6

An ideal transformer has 500 and 5000 turns in primary and secondary coil winding respectively. If primary coil is connected to a 6V battery then the output voltage is

now since a transformer works only on AC current
DC input will not work
so output voltage is zero

wasn't it easy ??

I can't believe I was fooled by this!

Modern transformers do operate on DC voltages... They use a DC supply though.
