20a/100 = b

20% of b = 20/100 × a/5

= 4a/100 = 4/100 × a = 4% of a

Could you explain why you are concerned with 20% of b?

b% of 20 = b/100 × 20 = 20b/100 = b × 20/100 = 20% of b

Suppose a=100
a * 20/100 = 20=b
20 * 20/100=4
therefore 4 is 4% of a(or 100) (Ans.)

20% of a = a * 20/100 =a/5 =b
b% of 20 =20 * b/100 =20/100 * a/5 =4/100 *a =4% of a (Ans.)
