Let the number be x x :

x 7 × x 5 = x x 2 = 35 x \dfrac{x}{7} \times \dfrac{x}{5} =x \Rightarrow x^2=35x

x 0 x = 35 x \neq 0 \Rightarrow x=\boxed{35}

Let that number be x x So, x = x 5 × x 7 x = \frac {x}{5} \times \frac {x}{7} x = x 2 35 \implies x = \frac {x^2}{35} x 35 = 1 \implies \frac {x}{35} = 1 x = 35 \implies x = 35 Therefore, the number is 35 \boxed {35}
