Environmentalist George suggests that because fish are unable to wear jackets/coats to keep warm, the Environmental Conservatory should install heaters in rivers, lakes, and streams so as to keep the fish in a comfortable habitat. Unfortunately, this 'solution' ruined the environment as many of the fish began to die. Why did this happen ?
The environment's climate was still suitable for the fish to live in There were no malfunctions in equipment

Although the conditions were still suitable for the fish, many macroinvertebrates that the fish ate died due to low oxygen levels (see temperature affects solubility ) resulting in the fish starving and eventually dying due to Environmentalist George's 'solution'.
