Environmentalist George suggests that because fish are unable to wear jackets/coats to keep warm, the Environmental Conservatory should install heaters in rivers, lakes, and streams so as to keep the fish in a comfortable habitat. Unfortunately, this 'solution' ruined the environment as many of the fish began to die. Why did this happen ? \\

Although the conditions were still suitable for the fish, many macroinvertebrates that the fish ate died due to low oxygen levels (see temperature affects solubility ) resulting in the fish starving and eventually dying due to Environmentalist George's 'solution'.

Because of food deprivation, the solution was that the fish S t a r v e d \boxed{Starved} .
