In the figure above the smaller circle touches the bigger circle at point $P$ . $XY$ is the diameter of bigger circle which is tangent to the smaller circle at point $M$ . If $O$ is the center of the bigger circle and it is being given that $YZ= 2PZ$ , then find the measure of $\angle MYZ$ .
