Let 𝑋𝑂𝑌 be a triangle with ∠𝑋𝑂𝑌 = 90. Let 𝑀 and 𝑁 be the midpoints of line segments 𝑂𝑋 and 𝑂𝑌, respectively. Suppose that 𝑋𝑁 = 19 and 𝑌𝑀 = 22. What is 𝑋𝑌?
