A sphere of radius R R has a cylindrical hole drilled through it. The radius of the hole cylinder is R 2 \frac{R}{2} , and its axis is a distance of R 2 \frac{R}{2} away from the center of the sphere. This is depicted in the figure below. What percent of the sphere surface area has been drilled out?

Note: It is possible to obtain the exact percentage by finding the exact drilled out surface area.
