The Figure drawn is symmetric along the AB axis , so we can actually the fold the whole circuit along that axis . We get the following net Circuit which can be easily solved to give us 7 R 6 \dfrac{7R}{6}

Wouldn't the electricity take the path of least resistance, similar to the flow of water?
