Read carefully, my brother gave me 15 notes. So, neither can I give it to Raj nor can I exchange notes with coins because no one accepts it except me. So, the minimum number of coins I require is 10 coins. When I get 5 coins from Raj I have 15 coins. So, I can give all of it back to him in the second case. Thus, it satisfies all the conditions of the question. So, the answer is 10 coins. Plz upvote my solution, if you like it. :-)

You have to be careful while uploading a question.... You had not mentioned that you had no money with you at the beginning.

That is what we have to find , how can I mention that. Moreover, if you think that I had no money you could have choose 0 coins.
