In the following grid, any heart can be moved to any empty square. What is the minimum number of hearts that have to be moved in order for each row and each column to have exactly three hearts?

Thay was an easy solution.. No ways for it to be level 3..

Move the heart from the (fourth column and fifth row) to (first colum and first row). Then move the heart from (fifth column and fourth row) to (fifth column and third row). Now all rows have 3 hearts.
