If A or D were the correct answers, the chance you uniformly and randomly choose this answer is 50%. Since 25% does not equal 50%, A and D cannot be the correct answer.

If B was the correct answer, the chance you uniformly and randomly choose this answer is 25%. Since 33% does not equal 25%, B cannot be the correct answer.

If C was the correct answer, the chance you uniformly and randomly choose this answer is 25%. Since 50% does not equal 25%, B cannot be the correct answer.

If A, B, C, and D are all incorrect there is a 0% chance that you uniformly and randomly choose the correct answer. Therefore the answer to this question is 0.00.
