Let the set of female humans not yet beyond child-bearing age be called W We distinguish 2 cases.
Case 1: No one in W bears a child. In this case, the human race will die out, and we can pick any member of W to satisfy the given condition.
Case 2: Some members of W bear children. Let the subset of W who bear children be called C. Pick any member of C. Since it is false that the member you chose did not bear children, and a false proposition implies any proposition, it is true that IF the member you chose did not bear children (false), the human race would die out.
