2 solutions

From a transformational point of view, the images are four (the elements of a Klein group), namely the real image (identity map, direct view, no reflection), two images given by a single reflection at a time, and the image given by the (commutative) composition of the reflections above, in fact a half-turn centered in the intersection of the mirror bottom lines.

number of images=(180/angle)+1, here angle is 90` so number of images is 2+1=3
