A cricket batsman is adjudged and scored primely according to their batting average. Since we have the stats of just the two innings, we can calculate the average using the stats of just the two innings. On calculating the average for both the batsmen, it comes out to be equal to 89 which is same for the two. Hence both will have the same points.
