As the number of people is below 100 given ,it is certain 799 is not a prime. It is a composite number. It is clear there is no factor below 12. checking with primes 13 , 17 gives us the result as 17. 799/17 =47 ; number of people is more than 30 indicates 47 is the number of people & each one gets 17 apples.
