51984651654432132164651384613216487645413128 = 51984651654432132164651384613216487645413100 +28

Here, 51984651654432132164651384613216487645413100 is divisible by 4 and 28 is divisible by 4. So 51984651654432132164651384613216487645413128 is also divisible by 4.

But then how so we know that that other number is divisible by 4??

if last two digit of a number is divisible by 4. Then the whole number must be divisible by 4.

The other number is a multiple of 100, so it is a number x*100. 100 is divisible by 4, so the other number also is.

Simple divisibility test that a number is divisible by four if the last two digits of that number is divisible by four. Simple but it made the whole lot problem of dividing and checking whether the number is divisible by four or not easier.😀
