Tom wrote 4 letters in the night. He has also written the address on the envelopes of letters. When he was going to put the letters into the envelopes, load shedding occurred. He put the letters into the envelopes in the dark.
What is the probability that only 3 envelopes contain the correct letter?

It is impossible to have exactly 3 out of 4 letters in the correct envelope (not stamp).
After putting the first 3 letters in the correct envelopes, what remains, is the 4th letter and its correct envelope (otherwise a previous match would have been wrong and we would have 2 incorrect letter-envelope pairs).
