The pattern is nothing but the powers of 5 5 written backwards.

i.e. 5 1 = 5 , 5 2 = 25 , 5 3 = 125 , 5 4 = 625 , 5 5 = 3125 , … 5^1=5, 5^2=25, 5^3=125, 5^4=625, 5^5=3125, \dots

⇒ 5 , 52 , 521 , 526 , 5213 , … \Rightarrow 5, 52, 521, 526, 5213, \dots

The next power of 5 5 is 5 5 = 15625 5^5= 15625 .

Therefore, the answer is 52651 \boxed{52651} .
