a composite string made up by joining 2 strings of mass per unit length myu and 4 myu .the composite string is under the same tension.a transverse wave pulse :Y=6mmsin(5t+40x )x in metre is sent along lighter string towards the joint the joint is at x=0.find amplitude of reflected wave from joint and the amount of power transmitted to the heavier string through the the joint(approx)?
