Let A's income = 3000. Therefore his savings = 1/4 * 3000 = 750. This means his expenses are 2250.
A's expenses are 4/5 of B's expenses so B's expenses are 2250*5/4 = 2812.50.
B's income is 4/3 * 3000 = 4000. His savings are 4000 - 2812.50 = 1187.50.
Ratio of savings = 750/1187.50 = 7500 / 11875 = 12 / 19
