Always Remember: If the slopes are the same but the y-intercepts are different, the system has no solution. If the slopes are different, the system has one solution.

The first equation Y =-4x-4/9 the slope is -4 but the y-intercept is -4/9 The second equation Y=-4x-7/8 the slope is -4 but the y-intercept is 7/8
