Classical mechanics problem

Consider a rod (R) with mass M = 1 k g M=1kg and length l l (rod's width and thickness w 0 w\simeq0 , t 0 t\simeq0 ). The rod moves without sliding with constant speed v \vec{v} , with the help of homogeneous cylinders that roll without sliding on the ground with a constant velocity v c m = 4 m / s v_{cm}=4m/s . Each cylinder has a mass m m and a radius of r r . The instant the front end of the rod leaves the cylinder (C), a small piece of plasticine with a mass m = 1 k g m=1kg that is left to fall free from a height h h collides inelastically and it sticks to the center of the rod. When the collision takes place there is heat produced Q = 36 J Q=36J .
g = 10 m / s 2 g=10m/s^2

What is the height h h that the plasticine falls from?

2m 3m 1m 4m
