t = age of each triplet (integer>0)
n = age of younger niece (integer>0)
Then 1 6 0 = 7 5 + 3 × 5 × t + 5 × n = 7 5 + 1 5 × t + 5 × n
1 7 = 3 × t + n
t = 3 1 7 − n = 5 − 3 2 − n
So, the niece is 2 and the triplets are 5.
I am assuming that due to a typo, the phrase, "coins be he"
in the penultimate line should be "what is the"
