First Simplify the problem

10 workers take 10 days to make 10 toys, which means 1 worker will take 10 day to make a single toy. so 10 will make 10 toys in 10 days.

Same if the number of workers increases, then the number of toys will increase but the time taken by them will be same which is 10 days.
