Using Brahmagupta's formula (similar to Heron's Rule)
A=sqrt ((s-a)(s-b)(s-c)(s-d))
where s is the semi perimeter= 40 cm and a,b,c and d are the lengths of the quadrilateral.
=sqrt((40-10)(40-24)(40-26)(40-20))
=366.6 or 10sqrt(1344) cm2
