Since the work done is same, 15B * 28D* 6hrs = 21B * x * 8hrs, solving we get x equal to 15 days.

how come the number of boys affects the answer ? .. the work is done for 6 hours a day .. so basically, 15 boys did the work in 28*6 =168 hours .. so the work takes 168 hours of work .. according to this if 21 boys work for 8 hours per day the answer should be > total number of hours taken for the work to complete(168) divided by the number of hours worked per day i.e. 168/8 = 21 ..
