Given: Mother's hushband's mother-in-law Mother's son daughter-in-law
Formula: Mother's hushband's = Father or adopted father (whichever it is, it doesn't matter since the conclusion falls to the man's mother)
Mother's hushband's mother-in-law = Father's mother-in-law
Father's mother-in-law = Mother's mother = Man's grandma
Solution: Daugther-in-law of my mother's hushband mother-in-law Daughter-in-law of my father's mother-in-law Daughter of my mother's mother = Mother's sister Mother's sister in relation to the man = Aunt
Therefore: The answer is Aunt
